Amanda is the Senior Director of Business Operations at REACH and works alongside the CEO overseeing all aspects of organizational effectiveness, management, and expansion. In addition, Amanda is responsible for leading the Human Resources function at REACH and supporting employee development strategies. She cares deeply about the growth and development of REACH’s team, and she prioritizes REACH’s values and protects the integrity of the company’s foundation and framework while focusing on the team’s growth. Throughout Amanda’s 10+ years of experience in executive management, human resources, and operations management, she has found a passion for both business and employee evolution.

Prior to joining REACH, Amanda worked at Decision Resources Group (DRG) supporting executives across Sales and Marketing, Market Research, and Human Resources. She holds a degree in Business Administration and has received multiple certifications throughout her career in Business Fundamentals, Human Resources (SHRM), HIPPA Privacy and Payroll Law.
